"The bathroom was really unbelievably dirty. Not enough plugins in the whole room. Had to move furniture just to get to one. Very dated. Would not stay again."

"I really thought this place was a good value. While the room is unassuming, it was clean, functional, quiet, and secure. Breakfast was great. The waterfall area beside the breakfast room was really pretty and a nice touch. I didn’t have much interaction with the front desk staff but they were professional and efficient. The breakfast staff was friendly and made sure the place was well stocked and clean.
The only suggestion I have that would have improved our likelihood of staying in the future is if they would have had a Tesla Destination Charger, as we often like to bring that car to Branson, but chargers can be a little challenging to find. This is not a dig at the hotel, though. This isn’t a feature they’ve advertised in any way..just a suggestion for something that I would love having in the future.

"It was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and out. The wait staff in the dining area was very attentive and friendly. Actually all the staff we encountered was very friendly. Would definitely be back! "
"The elverator wasn't working and as a older couple.we couldn't do 3 flights ,so they changed out our room , without any problem.
