"Lodge of the Ozarks our go-to place every time. We go several times a year. The staff there are so friendly and helpful. The Lodge is beautiful and they keep it in top shape. The rooms are clean, spacious and attractive. The free breakfast is outstanding- they have anything you would want. The indoor pool is amazing. They have a fitness room. There are lots of nice areas for groups to set and visit. It has a great location close to many shows, restaurants and attractions. "

"The grounds were pretty, and then you get into the room and start to realize the room quality does not match the grounds quality. The shower looked like it had been leaking on both sides into the wall and the wall was soft and they had just painted over it instead of fixing it. In one day we saw a brown recluse and a centipede, so I’m not sure if they spray for bugs or not, but I’ve never had bugs in any other hotel/condo that I’ve stayed in. "

The t v in the bedroom only came on in black and white, the air conditioner did not work properly, the it makes hotels hot tub jets were only fifty percent working. This property charges and boasts way too much for the condition.It is in."

"Room was very clean and well stocked. the only complaint I have is that the shower was dangerously slippery when I got in. My feet almost came out from under me. This would not stop me from renting again. The check in staff was super friendly and helpful"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was very nice, clean and up to date. My wife had suffered a fall the day before so finding that the elevator was only about 15 feet from out entry door was a nice surprise."
