"The purpose of what I needed from staying at this motel was served. The family that owns this property takes very good care of their business, they care for the yard and rooms. Everything was clean and nice. Chris that works there as housekeeping was very sweet and hard working. If I came back to Pensacola I would most definitely stay here again. Great value, good location to get to Gulf Breeze or the airport. This location seems to be in the middle. "
"There were broken things, towel big hole in wall, TP Dispencer in master. The electronics were very outdated, Dish Network was horrible to use, for 3 nite stay and the amount of money's i paid, it should of been way better"

"The Cottages are a hidden gem! For a great price you can stay in a spacious room a few minutes drive from the beach. The bathroom was clean and there was a mini fridge in the room. A little dated but that's no issue! The restaurant on site was delicious and affordable. Staff was super nice. The location is quiet but very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a lovely time, would recommend, and want to come back!"
