"The property is beautiful and well kept. However, don’t let the hotel fool you. There are additional charges that they will charge you on top of what you book through the third-party booking company. The office did not tell me that I was going to get charged an additional $58 as a “ resort fee” for just staying at the hotel while I had already paid all of my room fees in advance. Also take a note that they’re going to take a $200 deposit upfront. It was a little confusing at first when I arrived because I was unaware that the Front Desk is located on the second floor. There are no signs and you just have to figure it out. Also, you will need your key card to use the elevators otherwise you won’t be able to go to your room. The parking is a parking garage and it is $20 a day and/or there is a charge every single time you leave the parking garage and return later (I.e., go out to dinner). It may be better to stay at a hotel on the outskirts if you are looking to save money. However, it is a beautiful view from the window at night. I probably won’t stay here again though."

"The view from our room was stunning. This is the cleanest hotel I have been to in Houston area. I am so impressed by the efforts put in to keep this facility so clean. The downside was having to go from 28th floor to the lobby to use the microwave oven. One on each floor could make a whole lot of difference. Above all, we had an excellent time in this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, but it was not explained that this was more of an actual living quarters than a hotel. There was no main service there was no one to bring you fresh towels or washcloths or even to take out your trash or come in to make your bed even at your request. I even threw my sheets outside my door on the third out of four nights and they took them but never brought clean ones back. I even went downstairs and requested new bedsheets I was told they would be up right away, and I stayed another night without sheets on my bed sleeping on top of the comforter."

"Pros: Nice clean property, great location, garage parking good. Pool and rooftop view great. Check in easy and elevators work fast. Cons: No ironing board, had to iron on bed. No ice machines, had to call front desk and request ice be brought. Depending on time, it can come fast or take very long."
