Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy bathroom. The next day, the housekeeping staff did come by to check out the situation and did what cleaning was necessary. She did take it upon herself to apologize for the manager who cared less. To the manager, perhaps you should take a page out of the housekeeping staff as to how to treat a guest. Would not stay again. "
