Every member of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was amazing to work with. I was always greeting with warm smiles and professionalism. I would not consider staying at another hotel when visiting the Sai Baba temple again. Many thanks to the staff!

Excellent hotel
Excellent stay in the hotel. Neat and clean, good parking, lovely free drop to the temple in their electric car. 10 min walk to the temple... nice walk. Overall, definitely recommend this hotel.

This was one of the best hotel in Shirdi. Clean rooms & very great staff. They also provide free shuttle service to temple which was very helpful.

Marigold Regency has always been my preferred choice of lodging while at Shirdi. This trip has made me think whether I should change to some other place. Food was BAD - and very delayed. Breakfast which was supposed to open at 7 did not get started even at 7.45. And the quality of food was deplorable. Something has to be done to do 360 degree change if you want to retain your regular customers like me

It is a very nice hotel and the staff pays excellent attention to all your needs. You can walk to the Shirdi Sai Baba temple or have the driver from the hotel drop you there for free. The restaurant food is excellent. They have a highly trained chef cook there and the staff is fully on the job. All around it is a friendly atmosphere and it feels good that the hotel and rooms are very clean. I highly recommend it.

Good place to stay
Good trip, the hotel has good rooms, good food and good service. It’s location with respect to the temple is good too. Their transport to and from the temple is fantastic. However the linen could be newer.

Uncomfortable stay
we did not expect the kind of stay we got. The front desk managers were most impolite. When we were asking them on room service, amenities they were reluctant to answer and were not making eye contact. We were given a 3rd floor room but they v started servicing the elevator during active day time hours and we had to do the stairs. The Wi-Fi sucked. They have us 2 credentials and everytime we would lay our devices idle, we would be kicked out. No parallel sessions were allowed. Food was Ok and the temple drop was ok. Room service and bell boys were courteous. The hot cold mix in the bathroom was a mess as after the set up there were flashes of hot and cold that made us cringe in the shower.

We sincerely apologize for inconvenience you had regarding Wi-Fi facility during your stay. The IT department has been addressed and we are going to install modems on all floors so that guest can access internet form rooms itself. Awesome experience all around
It was amazing. The hotel is located very close to the temple and they provide free and efficient pick and drop from and to the temple. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The restaurant serves yummie food and at very reasonable prices. This is the hotel to stay in on your Shirdi visit.

One night in Shirdi
Great stay. Very comfortable. Stayed for a night. Was able to go for early morning darshan by hotel car. Enjoyed the hotel complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Shirdi next.

Clean and comfort hotel near to temple
Stayed with family for 2 days. Feel very comfort except house keeping. we have to follow them for towel and bath needs and cleaning of used food plates

Good place. Close to the temple with Shuttle
Courteous staff. Good rooms with clean and dry bathrooms. They could provide complimentary breakfast for all instead of those who pay a high price for the rooms.

Best hotel in shirdi
It's the best hotel in shirdi this was my 4th trip to this hotel everything is excellent a the front desk ,house keeping staff ,restaurant all of them are very helpful
