Overall it is a good property and staff was very courteous. The bathroom requires upgrade and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes.

Good stay in Shirdi
Very good hotel for stay near Shridi Sai Baba temple. Offers excellent service and nice restaurant. Vallet parking is available in hotel premises but space is limited.

Courteous stay at Jivanta
The hotel was good. AC was in good condition. Room service was prompt. People were courteous. Had drop to temple.

Cheap hotel with higher prices.
Looking at the price, hotel is really cheap. They also own hotel Sujal which is right opposite to this property and I had stayed there also earlier. As per facilities, both are same and price of Sujal is almost half of Jivanta. We arrived there at 6PM. At about noon we called the property and informed them about our arrival time. After check in, when we reached our room, we were greated by a technician, who wanted to check the AC. To our surprise it was not working. This simply means that they knew about the AC problem but didn't do anything even after receiving our call six hours prior our arrival. The technician took about one hour just to find the problem. We had a long drive of about 10 hours and we were really tired, so we requested the staff to do the repairing after some time as we had to take shower and go to the temple immediately. When we came back from temple the issue was sorted out. We had dinner at hotel restaurant and it was too spicy. Barely managed to eat something. They don't have any parking space. You need to park your vehicle at hotel Sujal's premises. Overall experience is not good. With the same prices better options are available. Even by shelling out little more money Sun and Sand is available just opposite to this hotel. Had stayed there earlier and Sun and Sand is really good. Avoid this particular property if you can.

I stayed here back in 2017 and I liked the hotel back the. I reserved a room for my parents recent visit to Shiridi last week. I made reservation for a Executive room for 2 nights which should accomodate 3 people and should have double bed as per description on the details. Having booked a Executive room, receptionist didn't provide the room as it looks in the picture and it is not what I reserved. My parents ended up paying 7000 extra for an extra room for 2 nights. Receptionist at the front desk tried to argue about the reservation we made. My Family visits SHIRIDI every year and I will prefer not to choose JIVANTA Hotel from neext time and would recommend anyone else not to choose because of the staff service we received at front desk.

Nice hotel near to temple.
It was great stay at Shirdi. Closer to temple. There are more hotels which are closer, but this hotel gives star hotel experience.

Not Happy!
Hotel is pretty from outside, but not great when you get into room. WiFi doesn’t work and they give you just 1GB, no matter how long you stay. But when you book it says free WiFi! Which is a lie.. Room is full of mosquitoes and walls are all stained. Toilet smells and I requested for mosquito repellent and they did not send anyone about it. They are not helpful with any temple regarding information, because other hotels helped their customers with info and tickets online! No proper communication, and it’s definitely not worth the money I paid. Shower room is small. Everything is just a foot distance away. The sink, shower and toilet. Never going back there again..! Safe was not working, no toilet rolls, and no channels available on television. I regret paying so much money!

Average Hotel - Walkable distance to the temple.
We checked in to the hotel at around 1PM where they welcomed us with a sugary rooh afza that tasted more like a cough syrup and some muddy pastry which were overdone. When we gave the feedback to the cafe guy, he responded that was the only menu they had to welcome. While doing the check in formalities - hotels housekeeping guys were smirking, no reasons what funny stuffs they encountered! We also had a mess clarifying the facilities we were committed by Expedia and the hoteliers. We had complementary breakfast and dinner as per the booking. Hoteliers backed off at the last minute saying there is no such deal - Expedia agreed to reimburse after we check out. Thanks to Expedia. I must say, the front office executives in Jivanta were ruthless and they had no manners how to speak to the customers, specially Shivaji - he kept asking who did you speak to, what did he say and what time - type of questions. Very ill-mannered. When we walked out - he gestured to the housekeeping guys saying something about us too. I am a frequent visitor to Shirdi but definitely I am not coming back here again and would recommend this to no one. There are many other hotels around those do a decent job. Their restaurant is again way too bad - they garnished the pizza with lemon slices - who does that? We also ordered Malai Rabdi - which was stale and tasted sour. When we called the restaurant folks to change, they didn't bother. The mixed veg was very salty and wasn't edible at all.

The response time a bit too delayed. The receptionist was literally forcing us to leave when we had the approval to stay for 2 hours beyond 12 noon. The chief of the hotel could have sent vehicle to Rly stn to pick us up when I had rung him up before I reached stn.

ARROGANT HOTEL
ABSOLUTELY REGRET STAYING HERE, AS NOTHING WAS GIVEN AS PROMISED. HAD TO ASK FOR THRICE FOR WI-FI, NEVER GIVEN. AC IN THE ROOM WAS PATHETIC, ALL NIGHT LONG HAD TO SWELTER, THE ROOMS AHD MIRRORS WITHOUT ANY LIGHTING NEAR THEM FOR PROPER GROOMING. HAD ASKED FOR AN EXTRA BOTTLE OF WATER, GOT REFUSED.
