Bad smells!!
"The hotel was recently renovated but unfortunately there was an unpleasant odor throughout the facility… robot waiters are not necessary… money might be better spent freshening the rooms so that they don’t smell bad."

"Beautiful setting in the mountains. Room with private outdoor onsen bath was amazing. Kaiseki dinner included endless food dishes showcasing the local area. The staff were so attentive and helpful with everything."
