"We had a very relaxing family holiday here. There were hardly any other guests when we stayed, and it was almost like having a private resort.The restaurant staff made us two lovely dinners and breakfasts, the first dinner was an intricate kaiseki spread, and the second was delicious grilled steak. Breakfast had plenty of options for both Japanese and Western style meals. "今回記念日で、初利用をさせていただきましたが、到着した時から帰る時まで、素晴らしいおもてなしでした。記念日のケーキを急遽お願いをしたのですが(2日前くらい)、そちらも対応してくださり嬉しかったです。
そして水庭もこの時期、緑豊かで、美しかったです。さらに水庭の奥に行くと、自然豊かで落ちました。
お食事も、シェフのこだわりフレンチで、お食事していて楽しく、美味しかったです。
皆さんのレビューが高いのも頷けるホテルでした！また、冬など違った水庭をみてみたいです。"

"A true gem, easily one of the most memorable and charming places I have ever stayed in. The staff were all so warm and hospitable. We had a toddler with us and everyone was so sweet and genuinely kind to us, a group of foreign visitors.
Every part of the hotel was furnished with charm and personality, with care given to even the smallest details such as the daily floral arrangements and warm matcha and snacks upon our return. The rooms and onsen were all extremely clean and well maintained....
