"Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good as usual for Best Western. Picked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy a hot tub. The hot tub was closed for unknown reason the first two nights; no explanation provided when I asked. The third night it was opened with two noisy kids in it. The kids continued their noise in the pool until close to 9pm even though the hours said it closed at 8pm. When we called the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do…Really? Why post hours and not enforce them? Air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. It’s a shame there is only one elevator in this large complex. We had to park in the back, use the elevator and then walk all the way to the front to get to our room."

"Checked out early. Terrible smoke smell in so many areas Someone drunk asked me if i will go to his room with him on my first day checked in. I felt insecure. Broken shower Broken hair dryer. Pathetic experience. "

"Room was decent. Bed frames are sheet metal(??) and so every time you move the bed creaks. Patrons staying while we were there were loud and obnoxious at all hours of the night. Parking is fine. Breakfast was ok. "

"Sticky carpet, I got multiple bug bites in a room, dirty sink when I checked in. family had issues in their rooms as well. Breakfast wasn’t a continental or something, it was a $15 discount at the restaurant. They were out of things so we weren’t able to eat before we left."

"It truly is an outstanding hotel. At first I was bit iffy based on my experience from a Larkspur at a different location. When I came to the Folsom location I was immediately wowed by the plethora of food options that were conveniently located within the same parking lot. A Burger King, Indian food, Chinese food, and a teriyaki place all just a mere hundreds of feet away. There is even a movie theater that one could get to if they were willing to walk an “exhausting” 20 seconds to. I was able to park right in front of the hotel. The lobbyist was super friendly. Gave me a room immediately. Room was incredibly spacious with lg fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Everything was incredibly clean and updated. Breakfast was great to include eggs and sausage. Zero complaints and much that I could rave about. "

"My daughter found a double ended metal dildo in the pull out couch. We got a new room and two tall starbucks drinks for the trouble, but she didn't want to sleep in the pull out couch after that. So we slept together and it wasn't a great stay."

"Even though I booked two queens through Expedia when I arrived they moved me to a King because they received more booking through their site and that was a priority"
