"Very convenient location if coming from Haneda Airport; ride a single train line that's 1 express or 3 local stops past Shinagawa Station. The hotel is right under Aomono-yokocho Station!
The room is slightly bigger than a standard Japanese business hotel, and there is a decent buffet-style breakfast that's included with the room."

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

Having previously stated in a branded hotel not too far away that had left me disappointed decided to ask for a local reference. Mystays was referred. It’s a few mins walk from Omari station. Plenty of shops and facilities nearby. Upon arriving, check in quite smooth and polite staff. Checked into room but found issues that hadn’t been cleaned. Staff very apologetic and swapped my room in a professional manner.
Breakfast was very well set out and by far better than the branded hotel I’d...

Great area about 10minutes walk from Shinagawa Station. The rooms are all comfortable (we actually stayed twice there this trip) and have everything you need. Standard Japanese bathroom, comfortable bed, desk, microwave, kettle etc The rooms are typical in size for Tokyo and the hotel has a good laundry area as well. The staff are all lovely, there's a great couple of local restaurants and it's nice to see a local neighbourhood rather than the big hotels by the station. A taxi there is equally...

About 5 mins from Gotanda station, lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Still a good distance from the sketchier area of the place, so it's quiet. They offer plenty of amenities

Our second stay - it seems a lot of Brits end up here! Great check in and breakfast staff, love the wine dispenser in the lobby, and the room was spotless.

Super, very close to the Shinagawa station, convenient to everywhere.
Staff are very nice!
The room is clean, big enough for us ( 2 adults one 3 year old) for short stay.

We loved staying in Asakusa and the Asakusa View Hotel Annex Rokku. Reasonably spacious room in a quiet (weekdays) area. Great amenities. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. A great stay!

Absolutely brilliant stay in Tokyo - the surrounding area is great with plenty of food and drink options. Not very touristy, and sitting in Shiba Park on an evening is a great way to wind down a day. The rest of Tokyo is easily accessible with nearby Metro Stops and further access through Hamamatsucho Station.
Cannot reccomend enough!
