"やまぎしさん was very helpful! He shower great hospitality and was able to provide much assistance to help make the most of my short stay. The room was AMAZING! The room onsen was nice and hot. The view was great and had everything you could ask for. I really enjoyed the senbei and haori jacket- great for photo opportunity. I did not dine at the hotel but had some great whiskey at the bar. The bartenders were excellent- wish I got their name to give them credit. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a nice view. There was a small issue with our taxi to Beppu Station and the staff member (I did not catch his name) drove me to the airport! It was a very nice experience and I can appreciate the high level of hospitality."
