While we didn't need them, the thought and intent were appreciated. The only challenge was the room size--but there isn't much they can do about this. There is very little room floor space or storage. Location is great."

"Overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again. The rooms are small, but they worked well for the two of us. There is some noise from the street that you can hear, but it wasn’t a huge issue for us. It’s about a 14 minute walk from the main station to get around Tokyo, which was unexpected since the advertised station is reported as very close. We really appreciated the towels and water bottles provided each day—thank you! We were also staying here during the 5.9 magnitude earthquake and had no safety concerns at all, which was fantastic. Overall, a good stay!"
