"Property was amazing, stunning upon walking in we were blown away with both the exterior and the interior. The staff gave us a warm welcome and assisted us when asked felt very welcomed. "Everyone in the receiving area are extremely helpful, they went all the way to help us move to our preferred room the next day since it wasn't available when we checked in late. Eventhoug there's an obvious language barrier, everyone tried their very best to accommodate us. The lobby is so elegant, the rooms are clean and well appointed. The most exciting part is their buffet breakfast! Its filled with lots and lots of delicious dishes! I look forward to it every morning! I definitely will bring my family back to this wonderful hotel very soon!"

"Overall fantastic "

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near both Umeda Station and Osaka Station, making it easy to get around. The room was a decent size, the amenities were excellent, and the daily cleaning service was consistently great. We did have to pick up the iron and ironing board from the reception, but that was a minor inconvenience. One drawback is that the hotel has only one restaurant, which is open only for a buffet breakfast. Unfortunately, there’s no option for a non-buffet breakfast, and the restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner. We spent three nights here as a couple and were extremely satisfied overall. The front desk staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. "

"Kids love it. Accommodation is clean and conveniently located to Universal Studio. The only downside is that we have to transfer to Osaka or Shin Osaka every time when we explore other part of the city or nearby city"
