"Staff was super helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Yoshimatsu and Sena for taking care of my issue. The hotel is clean. Location is convenient. Flexible check in time when the room is available. We booked corner deluxe twin room with 2 extra beds for family of 4. They let us stay at 2 nd floor looking down the street from the window. You can hear the noise from cars and People from business at night. Maybe staying at higher levels you can avoid this problem."

"Great hotel with an excellent location and a wonderful breakfast buffet. One of the reception staff members, an older gentleman with glasses, was especially helpful and made a great impression. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name. On the other hand, one of the middle-aged ladies at the reception seemed to be in a bad mood and was not as welcoming. However, this did not significantly affect my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel and would be happy to stay here again."

"Check in was fast!! The staff are all SO helpful and nice!! Breakfast is wonderful!! With more great and helpful staff there. Room was clean and loved the balcony first thing every morning. Thank you for the water for coffee and tea in the mornings before breakfast. This was very important for us. We already miss Rihga Gran Kyoto!!"

"This hotel is located in a safe and quiet area close to Kyoto city hall, subway, and great restaurants. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast had lots of food choices and the coffee is excellent. Bonus-coffee and ice water is available throughout the day in the lobby and there’s an Nespresso machine in the room. The staff are really lovely and very friendly."

"The hotel is across the street from Kyoto Station. The room was very clean and serviced each day. Breakfast had a wide range of dishes both Japanese and Western.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay close to Kyoto Station. The only thing that would improve the stay would be the supply of free bottled water."
