"I book a view to the mountains and I had a view to a bush on the first floor ask to be changed and was told that they can’t because I have a dog when I book to the place they did not let me know that because I have a pet I have to stay on the first floor I pay for an expensive room to have a nice view and at the end I did not"

"Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward."

"Non-existent amenities. The rooms need updating very badly! Bed was uncomfortable. No hot water unless you wanted to run it for 15 minutes first. No heat in room until we turned it on. It took about 30 minutes for radiant heat to warm the room. Paid for 2 nights, I want going to be miserable there for the second night tried to get partial refund and was refused the money back for 3nd night. It's not like they were busy either. The place had no cars in the parking lot. "
