"Excellant service at this fine hotel. All employees greeted us daily with a smile and hello. Management staff is very polite, professional and always accommodating. Restaurants are great, breakfast buffet is supurb. If you get the breakfast package where one is free, you need to tell them the days you will not be eating breakfast of they will automatically charge you for your companion. Close to the Forbidden City. Definitely will stay at this property again."

"Good location, bed is clean , but they don't change you clean towel if the ones you used gets dirty , they will charge for it. My daughter used a hand towel to clean face makeup powder and cleaning stuff rejected to change a clean one for us next day. My daughter had to wash it with hand soap."

"We stayed in this hotel for two nights in March 2012. The location is great, opposite the Shenyang North railway station and 5 mins walk to food, shopping, and for this visit the UK Visa centre. Upon arrival there was confusion as the expedia booking appeared to have been sent by fax and the staff thought we wanted one room and not two, and there seemed to be some difficulty sorting it out. In the end we got two rooms on the 19th floor and a free breakfast. The rooms were both a decent size...
