"Positives: Lovely staff at reception, clean room, comfortable beds. Fairly quiet but we were at the end of the hall. Negatives: Our room was too hot, even though it was quite cool outside. There was an A/C unit, but it was quite loud so we eventually turned it off. The lock on the bathroom door was presumably faulty and had been removed. Cheap toilet paper you would not expect at a 4* hotel. We paid half board but the restaurant staff had not been made aware of this and it was very unclear what was included. We booked as an adult and child and Hotels.com did not make clear on booking that the half board price was for one adult and 0 children. This should be made clear when presenting the available options as it seemed value for money but was not. We ended up sharing a two-course evening meal (which was very nice) and in the morning had a quick breakfast of awful coffee (this really needs to be improved) and a lovely croissant, as most of the other buffet food looked past its best."

"Don't book with these people. I had a £20 charge invoiced to me with no confirmation of why. After questioning it twice and confirming I didn't request any extras they have now said it was for parking. My account on their app shows I did not have it as part of my stay so I expect this to be refunded. I booked an apartment with a king bed and a sofa bed but there was no bedding for the sofa bed and after informing them all I got was a message to say thanks for letting them know. My friend and I had to share the king. If I book a room that specifies 2 beds I expect to be able to use both. The property was incredibly hot and the air con kept switching off so we had to get up multiple times in the night to put it back on. Don't stay here "

"The room was good value. The staff member, Tina, was welcoming and hospitable, with a beautiful smile. The air conditioning worked well, and the location is perfect for accessing shops and other amenities."

"Room dated and tatty carpet needs replacing paint/dye stains all over and stains on the couch. Shower head leaking when in use. General condition of bar eating area ok Food quality and amount also good Expected better quality of room for price"

"Overall our experience was really good it is in an excellent location and the apartment was very clean, the only down fall of the apartment was the bed the bed was very uncomfortable and not nice to sleep in at all but overall the rest off our stay was lovely "

"Had a very good overnight stay at the hotel. Staff were really helpful. Didn't have any meals, so can't comment on that. The room was very clean but a bit dated (believe they are renovating the rooms bit by bit.) Hotel parking made life nice and easy. Always happy in an IHG hotel."
