"The room when we entered was emaculent it was cool and we slept very well. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful Breakfast was excellent, hot and very good for a continental breakfast. The parking was good never had a problem finding a place to park. Excellent place to stay would book there again."

"This hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, which is a great perk. However, the pool area is quite crowded with chairs that are way too close together, leaving no privacy at all. Our first room was a major letdown. It was extremely musty and moldy, and the bedsheets were practically drenched in the humidity. Thankfully, the staff was kind and moved us to another room. While it was still a bit musty, it was significantly better than the first room."

"The resort is a very upscale facility. The only reason I gave it four stars rather than five is that when I checked out and saw my bill. There was so much "nickel and diming". For example, we got an "HHI Destination Charge" of $3 for every day we stayed and the money is not the problem but what is it? We rented the beach chairs and umbrella at the shore for one day. The advertised price was $35. When I got my bill, it came to $53. Every day we had a $45 "Resort Service Charge". So even though we paid for the stay up front, we received a lot of extra charges. Just beware."
