"The room was very clean and beautiful balcony view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly. There was a pretty dining room were we had a good breakfast. I wish they would had offered a small token (maybe a free drink or appetizer) when we let them know we were celebrating our anniversary. The music was a little loud at night but not too bad when we closed our balcony doors. The most negative item was that you had to pay $20 for parking even though you booked a room. I feel this should be included or at the very least be informed of this when booking. "

"I booked this hotel without knowing the area and from out of state. I had an appointment in Fort Myers and needed convenience and close proximity to the airport due to not having a car. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are not modern, but my room was very clean and tidy. The hotel itself and grounds,were again outdated, but well maintained and very clean. The hotel was an Uber away from fast food and grocery store. They also offered shuttle service to airport. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay there again. "

"This hotel is greatxand one of my favorite in the area. There were some minor issues I addressed with service manager about he bed and air conditioner but overall this hotel is a plus for us."

"Our stay at The Pink Shell was absolutely wonderful! The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every interaction was warm and professional. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The amenities—especially the pool and on-site dining—made our stay extra relaxing. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to return.
