"Was there two nights. We had no service while we were gone and it was disheartening to arrive to a dirty room. Had to ask front desk for tea and clean cups. I asked if our price included service and she said it did indeed include service. She apologized and brought what we needed up in spite of her working by herself. The website indicated sound proof rooms and we could hear everything in the hallway, we were next to the ice machine in room 400. This was the first time at a Double Tree as it was closer to my destination as we usually stay at IHG hotels. We thought it was an upgrade and it was not."

"It appeared this Red Roof was operated by a family who took great care to keep the hotel clean and in great order. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel giving good value for the money."

"There is a dumpster site next to the hotel and every night at 3-4 am several truck or whatever are making huge sound. Impossible to sleep. It lasts 5-10 min. Other than that it’s ok. "

"The staff was rude and locked me out of my rooms and away from my service dog. I was lectured for bringing my SERVICE DOG into a pet friendly hotel! We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but when this happened we packed our things and left by noon after the first night. "

One incident in the parking lot where they arrested someone and a different incident with rowdy hotel guests that were so loud I got up and told them yo be quiet. After an hour I had to call front desk and complain. The comment I got was welcome to Thursday at the Belmont."
