Although only a brief stay and minimal interaction with staff. Pleasant and friendly, checked in was quick and efficient. Rooms comfy, warm and very clean bathroom. The whole hotel experience was wonderful! Just need to be specific with regards to vegan 🌱 options on the menu! Table napkins definitely need upgrading for a 4 star restaurant
