"Everything was fine for one night "

"Parking super tight - but typical motel style. Cute little place - a fun update of an older motor motel - with great bed and clean shower and bath. Good solid 3.5/5.0. Decent value for dollar. Some sketchy mental health / drug types wandering thru the parking lot at 0800H might be a shock for some used to a more suburban life - but just the typical urban experience now. "

"We always stay at comfort inns, but this one was way below par. The bed was not comfortable like all the other comfort Hotel beds, and now we have some pain issues. The towels were extremely thin! Haven’t seen thin towels like that except on basement bargain motels in a long time and then to top off everything, there were roaches in the bread container in the breakfast room. We were offered to have our room comped, but because we booked through Expedia, we have not received any refund yet. I am told it it’s very difficult to get money back from Expedia and to just book directly with the Hotels from now on. We stayed at three other choice hotel properties and did not have these problems. We did book those through the Choice app. This one was a last-minute, we need to sleep kind of transaction. Worst decision of our whole trip."

"NO CASINO. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and the staff was very efficient at making sure amounts and containers remained full!"

"Staff was so accommodating in giving instructions by phone and email, as we had a check-in that was so late beyond their in-person operation. We enjoyed their freshly cooked breakfast of our choice."

"I arrived to the lobby, and the two people that were at the desk seemed very unfriendly, and like they did not want to be there immediately felt uneasy. When we got to our room, there was instantly an odor. Yes, I was aware that the hotel in rooms were older, but I don’t think that justifies it for being absolutely disgusting. There were a bunch of stains all over the carpet and even on the lampshades and as soon as we walked in, we were extremely uncomfortable and it just felt so dirty within five minutes of being in the room we decided we did not want to stay there so we went to the desk and told them we were canceling and leaving and then we ended up driving home another seven hours instead of staying in that room. If at all possible, I would love to get a refund."

"We booked this room based on reviews of an excellant full breakfast, starting early. This was the standard, boring continental breakfast and everything was very cold and inedible. We were there shortly after starting at 7:00. There is a great restaurant within walking distance that was recommended by the front desk for lunch/dinner. Dill's Deli - I can't recommend enough! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable."
