Exceptional all the way. This is a terrific hotel with beautiful new and modern rooms, attentive staff and exceptional facilities. No wonder it gets such a high rating from others. Food is also terrific, as is the service that comes with it. You definitely get what you pay for! It’s a treat. Looking forward to returning.

Loved the location, amenities. Staffs were very friendly

Our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh was unforgettable, and this resort exceeded all expectations! Our room in the Luxor building (top level) was spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Mohammed, whose attention to detail and creative towel origami made our stay extra special. The resort had everything—beautiful pools, a fun aqua park, and a stunning beach. A highlight was learning archery with Piero, whose energy and enthusiasm made it so much fun....

The hotel is in the middle if Naama Bay but it was very quiet and peaceful inside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice. The amenities were explained for well. I preordered my breakfast the night before from one of several set but flexible menus. It was delicious! The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were a...

My partner and I have Just arrived back from an excellent two week stay at the Stella Di Mare. The hotel is stunning with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding area. The staff were amazing. Always smiling and polite. They couldn’t do enough to help you. Food was good and there was always something to eat. The two A la carte restaurants were also very good. The hotels location was excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel

the staff were always very attentive and engaging . specially the beach waiters in the heat loved the dj events and the vibe. the shows across the road at Taj Avenue were really good events,

We had a lovely warm welcome, were upgraded to a Junior Suite due to a few problems we encountered however Mr Sayed fixed this within a matter of moments. The staff are amazing, the restaurants are fabulous (we particularly enjoyed the Turkish and the Indian restaurant)... All the pool areas are just awesome. We absolutely loved it and would def go back in an instant. We took a walk around to the nearby hotel complexes and they were horrible, nothing like the well maintained Rixos....

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Great facilities and very helpful staff. Good choice of restaurants - all good, Hama was our favourite. Two downsides for us - Spa was excellent but very expensive - given location of hotel, not feasible to access alternatives. Also at this time of year, it can be windy which makes snorkelling and diving from hotel difficult. Overall - thoroughly recommend.

Everything is very beautiful, the hotel is wonderful, only there is a problem with, the children's policy in the hotel asks for a lot of money for an additional child, between 150 and 200 dollars per night, this is very much, especially it does not provide additional services for the child or a bed, for this reason we cannot return to this in the hotel. But everything was wonderful from all the crew.

Clean sandy private beach, very easy and safe to walk into the clear sea, our main reason for returning time and again.

It’s my second time in this resort and I’ll recommend, I always spend an amazing experience, the rooms and around are very very clean all the staff is too friendly and free to help you out if you got any problems , also the animation staff do the difference with an fabulous entertainment Special thanks to the guys from sky animation Momo, Migzzy , Mazika and tiko

Everything you would expect from a good hotel. Food is excellent with unlimited visits to the six al a carte restaurants plus a buffet and very special fish restaurant in a picturesque setting ( at an extra charge). Rooms kept very clean with the bedding changed daily. Plenty of storage place, comfortable beds and a flat screen TV. Several pools to suit all needs and all highly maintained along with the gardens which are really beautiful. Great staff who try and anticipate your needs...

Fantastic hotel, warm friendly staff - Animation team Sam & Mansy were great fun , put so much effort into the guests enjoying themselves Ahmed who looked after the pool was fantastic - Food good - Katie - lovely - will return - A joy - lovely Jaz !!!

I spent 7 nights here with my 6 months pregnant wife as an all inclusive package. What an amazing experience! All the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. We are both vegetarian and dont consume meat, fish or eggs. The staff at the restaurants were wonderful in arranging special meals for us by customising items on the menus or making something completely off the menu. This was for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The rooms were spacious and very clean and housekeeping is...

TL;DR - One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had as a family. Pros: Great service, staff are polite, nice, smile and make you feel like a VIP as soon as you get in (heads up for blue bar guys Medhat and Beshoy!) Food is fresh and excellelnt, a lot of variety and restaurants to choose from. Always a lot of place inside. Hotel is huge, but yet extremely clean and organized, with a great shuttle from the Sentido entrance to the beach all day long. The beach is one of the best snorkeling spots...

Great hotel, staff and food what more can you want

You could not ask for anymore from hotel staff. They are the most helpful, kind and friendly people that would do anything for you. Food choices and quality was second to none. Cleanliness was superb. Lovely to have a beach you can walk to. Overall the family had a great holiday and would love to go back.
