Everything was great except fir 2 little flaws: first of all when i arrived they didnt see the booking at the reception and i had to show them several times the receipt and reservation. Second, one day when i returned to the room the door was wide open. I did nit lravr it that way and besides there was a keycard inside which would be the 3rd card, and i only had 2, so it proves it wasnt me who opened and left it that was

Great hotel with great service!
TL;DR - One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had as a family. Pros: Great service, staff are polite, nice, smile and make you feel like a VIP as soon as you get in (heads up for blue bar guys Medhat and Beshoy!) Food is fresh and excellelnt, a lot of variety and restaurants to choose from. Always a lot of place inside. Hotel is huge, but yet extremely clean and organized, with a great shuttle from the Sentido entrance to the beach all day long. The beach is one of the best snorkeling spots I’ve ever visited, and I am one who snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef. Gym is great too, with a nice guy who make sure you stay hydrated during your training. Cons: Sentido pools are warm, and even hot. It is great for the kids but for adults its pretty tough. We personally preferred going to other pools in the resort. No shade all around the hotel - it gets extremely hot in summer, and the resort is huge! All the pedestrian walks are without shade at all, make it almost impossible to walk around at daytime. AquaPark operation hour’s doesn’t make sense - 10-12, 14-17. While the best time to be in the pools are after 17 when its breezy. I don’t get it.

Отдыхали в SENTIDO неделю семьёй 2+2 в семейном номере с видом на бассейн, на втором этаже (как выяснилось это был лучший вариант комнаты). Номер был рядом с ресепшен и аквапарком и соответсвенно в отдалённости от моря. Территория гостиницы огромная (SENTIDO + BEACH) и путь от номера к морю занимает минут 10-15 и в 40-градусную жару это ещё то удовольствие, благо каждые несколько минут курсирует автобус от аквапарка до моря и обратно и это очень удобно. В самом номере 2 комнаты и балкон с видом на бассейн, душ и 2 раковины. Номер не в самом лучшем техническом состоянии - на полу двигается керамика, сливной бачок неисправен, затычка для раковины работает только на закрытие. Персонал очень приятный, старается и пытается угодить клиетну и его потребностям, но не всегда получается (сломаная кнопка слива унитаза так и пролежала неделю на полу). Еда отличная - ожидали худшего и были приятно удивлены. Территория зелёная и ухоженная и вообще атмосфера замечательная. Море, караллы и пляж шикарные. Анимация приятная, много с ними общались и долго прощались :) Всем привет - приедем ещё!

Relaxing vacation
We both had a lovely stay in your hotel and will definitely recommend to others. The general manager was very welcoming and had time out of his day to always speak which I found was very nice. Big mention to Mr Mahmoud and Mr Ramy also. The beach was great with its area for sentido guests and was nice to have some evening entertainment after your evening meal in the bar. Amazing Resort and Excellent Staff
Nice and decent resort , thank you every one for your good work. We stayed in a family room with 2 bedrooms - room 1166 -which was quite nice for our family , the aquapark is nice always crowded ,the beach is very nice with great snorkelling spots ,nice beach bar with excellent staff many thanks to Ayman, Youssef , Mostafa and Haytham for your great service.Our kids enjoyed the Kids Disco and the show following it many thanks to the animation team and their leader Teka (Hamdy). The reception guys were very nice ,helpful and understanding special thanks to Reda , Mohamed , Mahmoud and the rest of them. The food was nice ,excellent breakfast ,the desert section need improvement , the staff were very kind special thanks to Mr. Asaad and the rest of his staff at Mo's restaurant. Actually we enjoyed our stay there every one is ready to help you with a smile . Thank you and keep the good work.

The property depends on group tour therefore it is hard to maintain the standard resort quality, the comfort, the food & the quietness needed with such huge number of guests. Toilets has a bad smell and the furniture is old, Not to mention the quality of the guests as my kids stuff has been stolen twice. The looby was full of guests almost 24 hours just for the sake of free internet and some of them are even sleeping there :). Also they charge a lot of money for the towels in case you lost the it. So try to bring your own towels Finally the price was too high compared with the service provided.

Structure is beautiful and well maintained, as well as gardens and pools. Beach is wide with easy access to the sea, and with a beautiful reef just metres away from your deckchair. Food could be better (I'm Italian I know I could be a bit choosy😁): a better presentation and some more attention to the variety would earn the resort a full 5 stars. I absolutely recommend it.

Quiet and pleasant hotel for a relaxing family vacation or for couples. All the animation is carried out on the adjacent territory of a neighboring friendly hotel. The hotel has a beautiful area with many swimming pools. Friendly and hardworking staff, there is a separate stand of guest relations, where they will provide a great help on all issues. The fine main restaurant is delicious and clean. In the evenings, a pianist plays regularly in the open air bar. Go to the beach takes 10 minutes, or you can use the hotel shuttle - runs every 5-10 minutes. The beach is big and very clean, lots of sunbeds. To enter the sea I recommend wearing coral slippers or fins. We really liked our holiday, and the choice of the hotel!

Very nice hotel like no other. Snorkling in such proxcmity is out of this world. The number of variety resturants with excellant staff. The price also very resonable. Management at the hotel very responsive. Trips from there to Cairo or the Holy Land by bus very nice. Mr Sulliman the manager very helpfull and the rest of the saff. Mr.Medhat at Kababgy resturant very friendly and helpful. Over all excellant , relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Generally excellent but some areas in need of attention, as I also rent property so I hope my constructive criticism will be taken with the respect it is given. I expect as a minimum a flat screen TV, a five star hotel should not have TVs which are from 20 years ago in some rooms in an all inclusive 5* hotel, management may consider this a small detail but it gives a bad impression and poor start to your holiday seeing such TVs in rooms when you are paying more than one replacement new tv per night !! The games area needs tidying and painting we enjoy playing pool the room was untidy the tables in very bad state and not level, recover the tables doesn't cost much and paint the room ! Some areas of the properties paint peeling and cracks in steps but you can see ongoing maintenance so it will no doubt be addressed. Reception area very dark with some old stained furniture, I don't understand how management can miss such areas when this should look it's best to give best example of its standards to people arriving. The hotel generally excellent great food, staff, awesome gardens, beach, reef but with the above addressed and building maintenance kept good like the gardens it will attract return visitors, we had a great break and look forward to go again.

nice family vacation
every thing is ok and thanks for all Sentido team except the family room design the big room without door only for children i think it's easy to fix door . the bathroom was poor in water pushing .house keeping not provide enogh tawels you have to ask them. the tawels was poor condition. over all we passed all of this and consederated as simple things vs of many advantages like food quality , nice or best beach,nice pools ,very good all inclusive 24 hours. thanks again for Sentido team and i will come next time and advice my freinds.

It's not even a 2 star hotel , don't be fooled
Made a reservation thinking I have booked a 4-5 star , it was worst mistake ever. I don't know where start , the food is cheap and dirty, the staff are rude and mean RUDE. The hotel is tired and needs a major repair, toilets are not working shower also keep flooding, the room service showed up to clean the room daily but have to ask them to clean the room again to get it cleaned the right way . It my last time will even look at this hotel . It's cheap for many reasons . They ruined our vacation.

Lovely resort
Excellent resort, sadly partly closed due to low numbers after the terrorist attack. But everyone working really hard to maintain the resort. Staff so friendly and helpful. Food excellent, good variety. Limited choices for all inclusive drinks but definitely enough choice for me. No entertainment for people who can only speak English but as there were so few of us there it didn't warrant it. The beach is beautiful with amazing coral and excellent snorkelling. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Very reasonable price, beautiful hotel that is very local to the beach, the market and night life are also nearby. I recommend going to the Farsha shisha lounge, amazing scenery and lovely fresh juices and cocktails served. Hotel is suitable for families with young children, couples or a single person wanting to chill out. The hotel staff were incredible and made our stay very pleasant by looking after us. The water park is absolutely amazing, very fun and suitable for all ages! I will definitely be going back to this hotel with my family!!

I had my wedding there (the first wedding in the hotel) it was beautiful. Service was great my guests were looked after and everything was perfect for my special day. Staff are friendly, food is great. Lots of space, pools and restaurants to explore. Some of the restaurants you have to reserve and some come with an extra charge - check before booking, the bill came with no warning. Water park was a bonus for adults and children, snorkelling was tremendous and would go back!

A hotel for warm sunshine
Service: top service everywhere. Bartenders at the blue bar, waiters at every restaurant and even the bartender at the beach bar, all were eagerly providing your drinks and snacks, and sometimes a refreshing fruit plate. Room: clean and tidy. With the shuttle bus running on the main road, easily reach the beach and anywhere. Mosquitoes are the main problem (surprisingly many in the end of Dec.) Beach: best location in Sharm. Facing south, sunshine almost the whole day.Sandy beach with scattered small corals in the water. Perfect for the curious children and people who are not able to swim. 1 meter deep water allows anyone to be able to explore almost the whole beach coral at the low tide (usually also clear water). Scuba diving senter has top coaches (we took OW licences here). But must say, sadly the coral reef has died a lot (and probably will lose all of them in the near future). Food: this is a big downfall although I like this hotel very much. Not much variety, not so tasty (don't if it's because of a lot of Italian guests, so almost no salt in any food.). Seafoods are terrible (sorry for this word). No edible fishes. Grilled calamari rings were raw. One day the seafood was fresh but the 2nd day not fresh. Red and white wines provided at the dinners are not good. Christmas dinner were not so special than evry day. I don't understand why so many people said that the food was good here (looking at my comments on other hotel i never criticised on food)

Номера очень старые, половина светильников просто не работало. Но сам отель хоть и старый но живописный и с большой территорией и чистый . Обычно отдыхаем в отелях более высокого уровня. Но не смотря на это , в этом отеле было вполне себе. Пляжная линии , море хорошие. Аквапарк частично не работал(

Впечатления самые положительные, с момента заезда и на весь период проживания. Очень красивая ухоженная территория, ландшафтный дизайн оригинален и не стандартен. Спокойная не навязчивая обстановка, приветливый, квалифицированный персонал, вкусное, разнообразное питание. Посоветую всем своим знакомым и друзьям

Sempre bello ritornare al Sentido, per la cura dei particolari e per il punto mare migliore di Sharm. Unica pecca, il pontile flottante per accedere alla barriera corallina, a prova di equilibrista, insicura e in parte distrutta....
