The staff does not know how to manage customer. Because of them had to spend 100 Rmb in taxi. here was nothing close by except 1 or 2 Chinese resturants. Ac was not working and could not sleep the whole night. Staff did not know a word of English except I dont know English. Amenities were handed at the time of checkin as in small hotels in India.Bad experience.

The hotel was really nice and modern and room was fantastic. On the downside there was horrendous noise during the day due to construction and I was trying to rest. Also the staff speak little to no English.

スタッフが上品で丁寧な方が多く、日本語の翻訳機を一所懸命使ってくれて対応がとても丁寧でした。コンビニも向かいにあるし、ランドリーも洗剤いらずで使えて(元から入っている)終始とても心地よく過ごせました。 空港送迎も時間が決まっていて無料で使えるしとてもおすすめです！
