整體體驗令人失望

在交通方面，酒店接駁車只在晚上10點前提供服務，其他時間需要步行抵達酒店。然而，晚上周圍環境昏暗，路面缺乏足夠的指示牌，使得計程車的定位變得困難。在下雨天，容易踩進積水中。抵達的第一天當晚，手持沉重的行李箱步行至酒店相當不便，計程車繞了很多個圈，也找不到入口，入住時發現洗手盆附近有前一位房客使用過的假睫毛，極不衛生，但因時間已晚，決定自行處理。第二天下大雨，晚間從地鐵站步行至酒店，由於指示牌不清晰，誤走了很長一段路，全身濕透。原定計畫於第三天使用酒店的健身室和游泳池，發現仍在維修當中。第四天升級至套房，但水流出呈現黃色，床褥帶有沙沙感，廁所近淋浴間發現前住客的髮夾在地上。臨近睡覺時間的第五天，發現飛蟻在床邊出現，告知房務人員後，對方表示由於房間長期開啟，飛蟻由門口進入。這樣的解釋令人擔憂，為何酒店會經常開啟房門，使得飛蟻進入，亦擔心酒店有沒有辦法保障客戶的行李安全。第六天大約早上九點，酒店房間的警報突然響起，驚醒在睡夢中的客人，導致無法獲得充分休息。酒店應定期檢查房間警報系統。服務尚可，但整體體驗令人失望。
