After a meltdown incident at the airport, quickly booked JW and went over. I probably wasnt in the best state of mind but reception, I believe it was Claire, was so gentle and friendly that I was able to regain composure. Got to my room and realized that I was extremely early for the check in.
2 years into covid, I've started seeing service levels deteriorating at many international businesses, including hotels. JW is a clear exception and this shows how serious they take their service standards. Well done.
