No proper curtains in the room so I got woken up by the sun beating through the window every morning at 6am!!

Curtains in city view/lake view standard rooms are manually and electrically in all of other rooms. We would be very pleased to provide the curtains closed service for you during your next visit to us.

Breakfast area was heavily under-staffed. Management was poor. Waitress at the reception didn’t have ideas how to allocate seats. Cleaning up was highly inefficient. To be honest, it was a bit chaos.
