DIRTY, RUDE, DEMANDED MORE MONEY!!!
Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1 am, night staff demanded a deposit in cash and said it would be refunded, (Still have not seen refund), I think the night manager just kept the money. In the morning they demanded payment and made a scene in front of the other patrons, and charged me more than the Expedia rate, because my room had a window! and the room I booked was not available! They threatened to call the police and locked the lobby doors to prevent my party from leaving the lobby.. I Even speak Mandarin so there was no communication barrier. No it is not just a simple miss-understanding. Room was also dirty, A/C didn't work, bathroom was not clean, sheets were stained... BE WARNED NEVER EVER STAY HERE.... SO CROOKED. This hotel is part of a bigger chain...make sure you stay away from the HOME INN chain of hotels... I arrive home from my vacation and find that they charged my credit card twice!

Cheapest price but stay well
My family members stayed few days. The room bed is okay. But the room has a lots of smoking fume. The service is good. The location is excellent. It's good value for staying here.

Muy mala experiencia. Caro y no se parece a fotos
El chico de la recepcion era extremadamente antipatico y no hablaba nada de ingles.. La habitacion una verdadera porqueria.. no se podia abrir la ventana porque tocaba con una escalera y solo se podia abrir 1/4.. le.comente si se podia cambiar de habitacion y me dijeron que era la que habia pagado y que no.. 15 min andando del centro El personal de limpieza muy simpatico y agradable.. es lo unico que vale del hotel.

하 진짜 열받아요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ호텔닷컴도 이 호텔도 일처리 못하네요 ㅎ 여기서는 분명 예약하고 갔는데 계속 예약이 안됐다고만 하고 결국 한시간 실랑이하다가 얼마안남은 여행비 현금으로 결제하고 한국와서 호텔스닷컴 전화했더니 여긴 현장결제였다고 돈 빠져나갔는지 카드확인 해보라는거에요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그런 안내 전혀 없었고 직원도 모르는일이였고,, 여행중 시간만 낭비하고 여행비도 모자라져서 다시 환전했네요 진짜 최악
