Great staff and easy to get to the metro or use DiDi if needed. The property is dated but is clean so no issues. Plenty of options to eat around the hotel with a good mixture of different options of traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Bistro and a NYC style deli.

Friendly staff. Since our standard room was not ready, we were offered a free upgrade, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good - good variety. The indoor pool on the 21st floor, was enjoyed by our two girls. Location wise - there are two metro stations - 10 minutes walk. We took mainly taxis, which was very affordable and convenient.

Convenient for food options, walkable to metro and nearby malls. Room was bigger than most hotels but the flooring and kids bunk bed were creaky to walk and sleep on. Lighting in room can be a tad brighter. Mattress were hard and not of hotel standard. Housekeeping was great and clean. Staff are very helpful esp housekeeping and door concierge.

If your company are kids or old persons, it would be pretty hard and far to get to the subway. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay and kind of quiet.

The hotel staff where very hospitable and supportive, we arrived on a 10 hour flight, arriving at 8am at the hotel and Valentino assisted in getting us checked in quickly, we also had special dietary needs and Nina was supportive in meeting those needs and having a separate pot for cooking vegetarian omelettes, Sam from Concierge supported us in our transit to Beijing, Eli also was extremely helpful in all our queries, brilliant staff, the hotel is also walking distance from shops and restaurants, a few halal options nearby, also very close to the metro and we used the metro for touring the city, ideal location

I honestly have no idea how this property has its rating. Its as such a disappointment as we had booked for 22 nights. We changed rooms because the first room smelled like someone pee'd on the carpet in the room and it dried. Toilet never worked properly we had to call front desk every second day to get someone to come in until we requested to change rooms and the same problem happened in a supposedly "newer" room. Every flush the water rises with everything to the top of the toilet pot. Add to it the beds in all 3 rooms we tried were all extremely hard, I had to buy a mattress topper for almost 600RMB at IKEA. Eventually my wife and I could not handle calling front desk to unblock the toilet every other day so we checkout out about 10 days before our intended checkout date. To their credit we didn't have to argue about a refund for the remaining days. Only good thing about this hotel is location but the standards are really disappointing. Even the gym has extremely dated equipment.

I checked in 5/31 around 6pm, I can’t remember the young ladies name but she was so helpful in getting my reservation updated and a nice room! I appreciate the entire staff enduring the language barrier and helping me figure out which dishes were sesame free since I have a severe allergy. The location was over an hr away from the airport, 30 min away from the railway station. Not much to do around there but it’s a food hall-type place to the right that I ate at and a family mart so I got waters and drinks for the night
