The people at the front desk weren't particularly friendly and their english was poor. The room hardly had any outlets and no USB ports. They haven't seemed to update their property in 30 years. I was very unsure about the potability of the water and even though the room was spacious, it was just very outdated

朝食のレパートリーはなかなかです。中華、エッグスペース、ソーセージ、ベーコン、サラダ、点心等、偏食の私も好きな食事を好きなだけ楽しめました。 wi-fiもそこそこ館内全域で使用可能です。 喫煙者には申し訳ないですが、たばこは外のみというのも快適です。 館内には和食レストランも有り、日本食が恋しくなった際は如何でしょうか？

Not a good room this time

This was my second stay in Ramada hotel. The first one was good that's why I decided to stay here again. Unfortunately, this time I was placed in a room next to the staff room. I guess this is where they store all the toiletries and towels for the guest rooms. During my stay, especially at night and early morning, I could hear noises from the staff room. I was very much disappointed with the room that was given to me.

Hotel provides excellent customer experience !

I stay in this hotel for most of my business trips in SH over last 2 years. The location is not so good (10 mins walk to Metro) and is with very few shops/resturants nearby. However this hotel is with a great team and could provide an excellent customer experience to me. Most of their staff are friendly, nice and with strong customer care mind-set. They cover the staff from the reception lobby, the bar, the resturant on the 2/F and also the Chinese resturant. Following these two years on-and-off stays in the hotel, most of them have become my friends. Would use this platform to express my sincere apppreciation to those I know their name (and also those I had not asked their name). They are Mandy, Martin, Zan, Penny, Danny, Eric, Rex and Ivy in the Lobby; Peter (the Chief), Larry, Eva and Michelle in the 2/F resturant. What a great team !

起初不是抱很大的期望入住，可喜的是周邊環境尚算平靜，服務周到，房間整潔寬敞。離地鐵站頗近，酒店門口已是公交站。總言之，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，下次會優先考慮入住。

Convenient shuttle bus to High Tech Park

The hotel has shuttle bus service to CaoHeJing High Tech Park every morning. The reason I chose this hotel. In the hotel lobby it needs more couch/sofa/seat in the lobby for guests. There are only 5 seats available. While I was there for 3 days I could not find a seat every day. Going into the room, it's too dark in the hall way. In the room, the door latch is broken. The room is not spacious. There is no convenient stores nearby. I had to walk several blocks away 10+ minutes to eat and shop. The price is reasonable.

Room facility is just at acceptable level

1. There is no power socket for charging mobile phone and laptop on table. 2. The room lighting is too dim and you need to manually switch on each light so that you have more light. 3. There is a small appliance outside washroom but it's nearly dropping off from the power socket. 4. The air-con is set at 26'C and it's quite stuffy. You need to adjust to 16'C to feel more comfortable. 5. The TV is too small and far away from the bed. You can't watch TV clearly while you're on bed.

Winziges Zimmer im Nebentrakt mit schimmligen Fuge

Ich war im Nebentrakt untergebracht, der wohl ursprünglich nicht zum Hotel gehört hat. Das Zimmer war winzig, es gab nichtmal ausreichend Platz, um den Koffer zu öffnen. Das Zimmer niedrigster Kategorie hat somit nichts mit dem dort abgebildeten Foto zu tun!!
