To avoid

I choose this hotel because close to customer's facility, so it's far away from Shanghai downtown. Reception personnel don't speak english at all. Room was smelly, like old and closed room. Breakfast poor, not so clean, personnel of restaurant not professional (no refilling missing milk, not replacing finished forks and knives, doing everything kindly asked in bothered way.

Horrible!

We were on a overnight layover in Shanghai and we booked this hotel since it was close to the airport as indicated on the website. It was not close to the airport. We arrived late at night after a long day of travel, and we were very disappointed that none of the staff could speak English. We tried to communicate through a translating app. The upsetting part was that they didn't know what they were doing, they kept saying the we needed to pay for the room even though we had the a copy of the confirmation saying it was paid for. The whole time we are dealing with the lobby people trying to check in there were two men(staff of the hotel) standing on each side of us not moving making very uncomfortable. We were traveling with two small children and just wanted to get in to a room, because we had a early flight the next morning. After 45 min of trying to communicate with them we finally decide that we needed to leave. As we were walking out one the staff members chased us down and gave us a key to the room. We asked for a nonsmoking room, and we got a smoking room, but we just took it because we had our kids that were just melting down at this point. It was a horrible experience.

老舊設備差的酒店

交通不方便、房間設備相當老舊。早餐非常糟糕，連咖啡供應都沒有。房間內沒有冰箱，電視訊號差，畫面不清。check-in時櫃台人員竟然不知道我們有Expedia的訂房，還要跟我們收房費。查詢了非常非常久才說不用付費。感覺相當不好。

일단 가격적인 면에서는 괜찮아요. 조식포함이라서. 근데 저희 사장님께서 말씀하시기론 공항에서 택시 운전기사가 위치를 몰라서 엄청 헤매셨다고 하시더라구요. 위치가 조금 번화가가 아닌 외지에 있는 듯 싶어요. 거리는 공항에서 엑스포 컨벤션 가는 길목이라 괜찮은데 택시기사가 호텔 주소 보고도 잘 못찾아갔다고 하니..비즈니스호텔로는 좀 그렇네요...

翌日朝のフライトに備えての１泊でした。室内はモダンで、アメニティは十分整っており、朝食も十分に楽しむことができました。周囲には大学と小さな商店があるだけなので快適な環境は整ってはいませんが、夕方にホテルに入り、徒歩圏内にあった中国料理店は規模も大きめで雰囲気・味・サービスともお薦めできるものでした。

Hotel i närheden af Phudong International Airport

Kom til hotellet efter at have väret på rejse i Kina i 20 dage - boet på 4 andre hoteller. Der manglede de helt almindelige ting på värelset, som vi ellers er blevet vant til er på alle de hoteller vi har boet på i Kina - badekåber, instant coffe o.lign. Hotellet er ok til en enkelt overnatning for at väre i närheden af Phudong Airport, så man har kort transport tid, når man näste dag skal med et fly til Europa ved middagstid. Det er det eneste hotel vi har boet på i Kina, hvor personalet ikke alle var smilende ind imellem, og det var svärt at kommunikere, hvis man ikke talte kinesisk (hvilket vi ikke gör) efter flere rejser til Kina. Vi var blevet lovet Western breakfast - ja ok - der var spejläg, koldt ristet bröd, marmelade og kaffe, resten var typisk kinesisk morgenmad - måske fordi vi var de eneste ikke kinesere, der boede der den nat. Servicen var ok, når det lykkedes at forklare, hvad vi önskede - taxa til tiden näste morgen o.lign. Man kommer jo langt med tegnsprog, når det er daglig dags ting, man vil forklare.

The generally service was so bad. Receptionists could not understand english and not courteous . The food taste is awful. The room has very poor air-conditioning, I had to ask for electric fan. The supervisor opened a package that was sent to me. The taxi service goes round and round places so the meter reading gets high and I pay more. The location is not accessible to food, transportation, shops.

Good place when just passing through

The hotel is nice, clean and the price was very good. If you need a place to stay when passing through Shanghai, it is a very comfortable hotel. But it does not have a restaurant in the hotel and it is not located in the downtown area. The neighborhood seems safe I only went out to buy some things nearby because it was raining at the time. The only disappointing thing was that the ad said the rooms had nice bathtubs and I was looking forward to a nice relaxing bath but only got a shower.
