When I made the reservation the hotel was called Metropolo Shanghai Hangqiao Airport. However, when we arrived the hotel was ECharm Hotel.

I was not made aware of the fact the property had changed names and it took a great amount of time trying to locate the facility. I was shocked to see the front in the condition it was in and there was only one elevator.

Distinguished Guest: I'm very sorry, because we changed the name of our hotel, which made you look for a long time and wasted a lot of time. But we have two elevators in our hotel. One is directly opposite the front desk and the other is diagonally opposite.

The property was really nice and clean. The check in staff was really helpful and welcoming. However; we booked a taxi through the desk and told her the drop off location about 20 times and she said she knew. Well we ended up getting dropped off someonewhere completely different and thrown out of the taxis car with our bags.

空港近くなのはよい
虹橋空港に近く、朝からシャトルバスが1時間に1本出ている。早朝の便を使用するときはまた使用したい。ホテル付近に商業施設がないのが残念。２０分くらい歩かないとレストランやコンビニが見つけられなかった。

전철역과 거리가 먼데 반해 호텔에서 운영하는 셔틀이 없어 이동할 때 택시를 이용해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 주위에 이렇다 할만한 편의점, 식당가 등이 없어 시내까지 나가야 한다. Wifi 속도가 느려 거의 무용지물이다.

雖然偏遠，但是非常安靜，服務態度超級好。離機場很近，還有免費接送。 早晨也很豐富，有送餐服務，非常適合我這類懶人。

駅、バス停からいずれも遠く、送迎又はタクシーの利用は必須でしょう。 設備は新しく清潔で、朝食も質、量ともに満足でした。 深夜・早朝に上海虹橋空港を利用する予定があるならオススメです。

宿泊だけならおすすめできるホテルです。
部屋は清潔で掃除も行き届いてます。フロントでは英語も日本語も通じませんが、　携帯の翻訳機能を使って説明してくれました。空港/ホテル間は1時間おきくらいでシャトル便あり。空港周辺は店も何も無いですが、宿泊だけでいいのであれば、まずまずのホテルです。 とにかく周りに何もない分静かなホテルです。

空港隣接、便利で快適
日本人街の仙霞路に近くて便利。当初、上海到着後の初日だけ利用の予定でした。しかし、このホテルのスタッフは皆さん親切で優しいですから、私は上海滞在中の全行程日をこのホテルに決めました。客層もよく、うるさいお客もおりません。宿泊客以外の入室もひかえさせるなど、セキュリティも万全で安心です。

otelin önünde yol çalışması vardı, ulaşım noktasında hiç yardımcı olmuyorlardı. Sizin yazdığınız rakamdan ödeme olmadı. Çünkü o gün depozitolu para çektiler karttan, son gün normal fiyattan çektiler ama Türkiye'de döviz yükseldiği için fazla para alınmış oldu. internetleri kötü

Hi sir, you ordered a room for one night from Aug 18, 2018 to Aug 19, 2018. I am sorry your flight was delayed, but you didn't contact with us and didn't cancel the reservation, so we kept your room until Aug 19 12PM. So we have to charge for that. Hope you have a nice day.

酒店房間都十分乾淨 房間空間大 可以直接把兩個26吋的行李 打開平放 而且還有空間走動 洗手間光猛 很乾淨 非常好！ 但這酒店大概10-15分鐘車程 離市中心大概要30分鐘車程 大概RMB 70-80 這酒店只適合第二天早機的旅客
