Quality Inn Bloomsburg
10/10 Excellent
"Yes the best part was the night time worker Jolene. She was so happy and helpful. We needed extra pillows no problem. She was very nice. She made sure to wish me a happy birthday. We had a great time and we will definitely come back. The waffles were awesome. "

8/10 Good
"My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs myself. Our request for a light bulb for a burnt out one was ignored. It was not a great start to our stay. Despite this we all slept very well, the room was quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed a very nice shower (although my preference is walk in showers, but I knew it wasn’t). Breakfast was fine, very standard “free” hotel breakfast fare. I do wish they had housekeeping every day but it is what it is."
"We have stayed here before and it’s perfect for after a long day at the park. Check in took forever this time, there was a line and I waited over 30 minutes to check in which was frustrating. The room was a little dirty in spots (corners, behind toilets, etc), but overall room was clean. Breakfast ok, kids were all able to find something they liked.
I do like they know have keypads with codes on room doors which is nice so you don’t always have to remember your key card. For the price of this room, I was overall satisfied!"
"The flexibility in checking in. I needed to book a room without knowing when I would get there. We had a patient at geisinger and didn’t know what time we would arrive."
"Nice helpful staff, but the front desk is not occupied after 10pm. Breakfasts were lay but lacked any meat or eggs; the rest were mostly starchy foods and some minor fruits. Calling the hotel enroute to tell them we’d be late arrival wasn’t worth the effort! The answering line says to Press 1 for new reservations, and Press 2 for all others but when you press 2, it says the line is only for new reservations! When we called back and hit zero (0), the operator said she had no list of incoming guests to refer to (!!!) and gave us a Customer Service number instead. Customer Service couldn’t look us up by name either; they demanded our reservation number but all we had was the Hotels.com reservation number so she couldn’t help us either! VERY confused communications with Selinsgrove Inn and very frustrating. Also, why doesn’t Hotels.com provide us with the Selinsgrove Inn’s reservation number so we can speak to them with something they can look up?"
"Absolutely would stay again. Charming building, you can tell a lot of love has been put into preservation of the home's history and character. The room we stayed in was very large and it was lovely. We hated to leave. Excited to visit again this Holiday season!"
