"The Selinsgrove Inn is an absolute gem and if you're hesitating on booking a stay- dont! We took a chance on a last available room when in town during a sporting event weekend where larger area hotels were mostly booked & prices significantly inflated ... we only needed 1 night and we ended up so sad it wasn't a longer stay here! Our room far exceeded any expectation, so big & the bed was so comfy! The hotel is beautifully refreshed, clean, cozy, welcoming and walkable to local shops, restaurants - just a fantastic little find all around! The included breakfast is fairly simple but still offered waffles, assortment of breads/pastries, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee/tea/juice... there is also a dining area open outside breakfast hours and until 11pm - offers hot drinks; when we arrived at night there was even a sliced lemon cake and cookies! I would stay again in a heartbeat. We felt safe and at home!"

"The floor was filthy. The bathtub was filthy. There was no hand soap in the dispenser. The safety chain lock on the door was broken, causing a safety hazard. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. The sink was filthy and had a huge stain on the countertop. I would give this zero stars if I could."

"Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom and rooms dated but pretty clean. Room was dusty. I had to clean surfaces myself. It was quiet which was great. Slept well. Halls were dirty because they had cable workers in and out, staying there, tracking in hunks of dried mud all over. Breakfast was ok. "
