"We only stayed in Otaru for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We got there early so they held our luggage for us and delivered it to our room while we were out. They even gave us umbrellas to use when they realized we didn’t have one. ..."

"ペット同伴可能ということで、利用しました。経年相応の古さはありますが、リフォームして綺麗にされています。事前にスタッフの方がエアコンを起動していてくれたのか、部屋があったまっていましたが、当日は気温も高く、日中は暑かったです。逆にエアコンを止めると夜間は寒く、その点で古い建物だと感じる点はありました。 無人チェックインなので、対人でのやり取りはなく、その辺煩わしい人には、おすすめできるかと思います。ベッドも多数あり、大人数で泊まるにはおすすめではないでしょうか。 一点、一回のテレビですが、集煙装置のため、ソファー側からテレビが見づらいのが気になりました。"
