Liked the interior design, layout and art installations. The whole complex felt very spacious and new. We also had a good view from our room, and the residence style facilities and supplies were all we could have expected and a little more. Staff were attentive and friendly, with very good English.

Very friendly and helpful stay! Our room was beautiful. Great to have a ski hire in the hotel and also somewhere to keep our own equipment! There is a frequent bus to take you into the town! The bus can fill up so make sure you are waiting early for it! Would highly recommend staying here

Close to the slopes and offer bus to the lifts.

The view of Yotei mountain covered with snow was great in May. Onsen bath is so relaxing. The room is clean, big and comfortable. Fantastic ski, golf resort and children playground.

Staff were excellent, rooms spacious and onsen was relaxing

Had an amazing stay here with my boyfriend for his 30th birthday. The private onsen with the large room along with the premium kaiseki meal made it a very memorable stay for us both and definitely worth every penny! The staff were really attentive and even gave us a small gift. Would recommend staying here to make your trip in Japan truly special.

Excellent customer service! Very great job to Rei for excellent support, patience, informative and went above and beyond on helping me to solve my transportation issue to other areas!!

It was a comfortable stay with everything provided for in the apartment. A little tight for 5 but manageable for a short stay. We had 2 bedrooms to fit 4 comfortably and the 5th person was on the sofa bed which took up the entire living room space. The limited movement space was compensated by the excellent service. We felt very welcomed right from the beginning when we were greeted by Mike and he also popped in on our last day instead of us going to the reception for check out. And we just...

An elegant designer hotel with exquisite suites, furniture and views over the Yotei mountain. The biggest bed we have ever slept in, probably 240 cm large. It hosts a Michelin stared sushi restaurant as well. Close to the gondola. We loved everything about the hotel, the staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and polite. They have picked us up from the train station and also arranged a small welcome present for my husband’s birthday. Would come back any time!

A very convenient place to stay near the canal and within easy reach of all the central shopping areas

Have returned to Green Leaf several times now whilst in Niseko. While it is not in the centre (Hirafu), there is an excellent shuttle bus service in/out that runs like clockwork for access to Hirafu and its many restaurants, ski area etc. All in all it is a very good choice if you want relaxation, genuine ski in-out access (it is right on the slope and next to a new gondola with further access to Hilton village and its shops and restaurants) and with a superb (best in Niseko?) onsen. Rooms...

Excellent facilities, kaiseki and even better staff and their hospitality!
