There was no pool which I failed to notice when booking. At the room rate, there ought to be a pool or sauna/steam room. Pleasant staff. Chandelier in bathroom was out for night and half day. Prefer a fan in the bathroom. And the $4 dollar bottles of water in the room is outrageous. Safe didn't work ...

I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. ...
