"If you want to remove coffee maker from room you should mention at check in that you can get one at the front desk. It would be honest. Who wouldn't love to lug all that to their room with their luggage etc? BTW the new autmated push-button coffee maker in the lobby doesn't taste any better than in room coffee. Guess we're done with HI Express. "

"Our room was large as described, however, there was no toilet paper. They didn’t clean after the first night. Second night they didn’t leave a floor mat/towel in the bathroom. We also didn’t have soap. The shower had mildew. There were also no pillows for the pull out bed. They had a great indoor pool. The front desk staff made it very clear to not being room towels down. So we didn’t. Each day we went down there were not towels at the pool. None. I went to the front desk and they gave me 1 for 4 people and charged it to my room. This is not the proper way to handle it. The front desk staff saw many people standing in line and never bothered to look up from their computers and greet customers. They were short and rude and seem disinterested and unwelcoming. Breakfast buffet and omelet bar were OUTSTANDING. KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE KITCHEN STAFF! Very nice evening snack bar as well. Amenities were very good. Room was sub par and the front desk staff does not enjoy their job nor enjoy speaking to people. Overall a very nice venue but needs major staff and cleaning upgrades. "

"The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast had plenty of food and was quickly replenished and there was ample seating. Check in and out was quick. Only drawback was not being able to turn left one main road to access restaurants and stores in that direction. "

"We were charged for our stay twice as well as another entire family’s three night stay. It tied up our bank card with such a high purchase that it caused overdraft in our account and every deposit we made got taken by more fees that kept coming! They wouldn’t reverse it because they claim that it didn’t show up for them to reverse. The insisted there was no way this was happening at first. After much persistence they discovered eventually that we did in fact get both overcharged and charged for other guests stay. Unfortunately our bank is unable to allow us to dispute the charges until the 9th. Our vacation was ruined and our funds were limited to only cash. We are a family of five so you can imagine the upset about purchasing meals and things to do with just a small amount of cash. It was a disaster and we spent so much time trying to fix this. Supposedly they are putting the money back in our account plus a free night stay. That remains to be seen at this point. This however did not save our trip or give us money to use while here. "
