"Our stay at the hotel was perfect! Absolutely flawless! The service and staff was pleasant and professional. The room was amazing and indulging. The massages were intense and relaxing. The food was splendid, and there was even a great set of alternatives for vegan. The place is quiet and detaching and is a great place for a couple's vacation."

"The property was under repair/updating. This created a lot of dust in the elevators. The hotel was mostly empty. Breakfast on some days was served downstairs. You were just given a plate. It was nice but not necessarily what we wanted. The waiter also had to go upstairs to get it. He was great and as accommodating as he could be. "
"Me and my girlfriends had the best time. The breakfast was delicious but it was hard to get coffee in the morning. It would be nice if we could help ourselves "
"The staff went out of their way to accommodate our crazy arrival time Arrival at 4am and staff had prepared everything. Check in took less than 5 minutes. It really transmitted the feeling that they cared about us "
