"The staff were courteous and welcoming on arrival. The breakfast although it comes with food was substandard, European style. To gain more attraction the overall look of the restaurant needs to be more authentic alongside the menu. The spa was exceptional. I requested for a note with 2 glasses of prosecco on arrival in advance. This was not fulfilled. It came to their attention later on my stay which at that point was not needed I was charged an additional £60 for not putting in partner name in the room. This was an honest mistake. Nonetheless I paid as I don’t like long winded conversations after a long Journey to get there. Is this normal procedure to charge extra for added someone’s name onto a room that already paid for?"

"I paid in full for a reservation and was not contacted with any check in details after repeatedly asking. I had to find somewhere else to stay late at night and have not been refunded or contacted. It seems to be a scam. "
