Unfortunately, this hotel did not mention that a lot of the facilities were closed to it being off season before we arrived. There was no notice that the menu is fixed for half board and the staff did not ask our dietary requirements before serving the food. "This is the first time we have stayed in this beautiful hotel. Our flight was canceled and we had picked this hotel, because it was only few minutes from the airport. We had other choices to pick from, but, we made the perfect choice. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was grand. Our room was big and bright.
