"First time in Albania and we stayed in the capital for 2 days, the staff were friendly and spoke good English, decent breakfast and food options through the day, nice rooftop terrace and bar/pool area, room was ready ahead of check in time and they sorted us a cheap transfer from the airport to the hotel when we arrived 😀 no issues at all and i would recommend this hotel"

"Overall a great property to stay at, the staff are impeccable with their service. The only cons (critical): noise from outside can be heard in the room, perhaps the pool could be more warm as it was too cold to get in, smaller pillows on the bed. Apart from that I’d stay again here, just next time will stay on a less noisy side. "

"This is an excellent hotel. We had booked a mini suite but unfortunately the room had a problem. The hotel immediately upgraded us to a full suite which was facing the garden and was superb. Breakfasts were extensive and delicious and staff were charming. Excellent hotel. "

Lots of professional touches for the business traveler. Free shuttle to the airport on demand. Restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel had excellent wait staff with good selection of food and complimentary self-serve breakfast. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Exercise room and pool available. I will certainly return again."
