Great location, restaurant and bar across from the property. We moved rooms because of the late night noise. The air conditioning works and the windows opened. The room and bathroom are very small but typical of older buildings.

Excellent location with just a short walk to a the sights. The WiFi in our room was very weak. Improving this would made the stay 5 stars

Petit Palace Santa Cruz
Room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Location excellent. Had downstairs room which had limited space for open cases and also very noisy as next to reception. Windows were raised so could not see out of them.
