"So let me start by saying the staff at this property is the only redeeming quality. We walked in and went to the hallway to the bathroom - dead roach in the hallway. The room is sooo small and the bathroom you can barely turn around in. Don't get me started on the water pressure. Would I stay here again? No- I'd spend $40 more dollars and go across the street to Holiday inn. Skipped breakfast so we could check out and just be done with the hotel. "

"When we first arrived they did not have a room for us. After about a 10 minutes I was told go and get my family and belongings and was escorted to a room and let in with no key or anything didn’t sign any paperwork or anything. My daughter had to finish her homeschool work on her computer and when I went to connect to WiFi it said I wasn’t a registered guest I felt as if some thing shady was going on so my family and packed up our stuff and found somewhere else to go."

"Breakfast was not anything special. EGGS WERE FULL OF WATER, LINK SAUSAGE WAS UNDERCOOKED. NEVER HAD A BAD BREAKFAST AT A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS UNTIL NOW."

"The hotel building and amenities were nice. The breakfast tasted good, however, the room was not very clean. The counters were dirty and the floors needed to be swept. In addition, the bed was also unclean."

"Breakfast was adequate, the bacon was paper, thin. As usual the turkey sausages were dry. The lobby was very spacious, but it wasn’t cohesive. The snack bar was very limited even though you have to pay for that. The lobby just seemed too scattered for my taste. The room was clean. The window shade was broken, it would not open."

"Absolutely wonderful. Wonderful staff helped during check in that morning. The room was spacious clean and beautiful. The breakfast just kept coming didn’t run out of food and it was delicious. 10/10 I’ll be back the next time I visit family. "
