Beautiful room, very nice bathroom, everything spotless, and very nicely decorated. Check-in and checkout were smooth. Breakfast was great. Also, very well-located with lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Excellence Suite
No one showed us how to have heat in the room the first night. I asked for the converter to change and that also took a night to do as well. When I was asking some questions about the hotel and if I could get a taxi to get to the airport the next day, the front desk seemed bothered by my questions. ...

Napoleon Hotel
The room was nice & the shower was warm! It was a perfect place to sleep. Good for the price. Not incredible, but we did enjoy our stay.
