"Check in and check out was good. Breakfast sandwiches were good. Pool was nice but it needs music. The decor in the bedroom needs updating. Surfaces are chipped and peeling, light fixtures are crooked, and the beds are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They are lumpy uncomfortable and the pillows are very thin and flimsy. My daughter and I did not get any quality sleep because both beds were so uncomfortable. We woke up with back and hip pain and exhausted. Overall it was meh. Definitely had way better room experience at other Aloft hotels. Upgrades are definitely needed. Until then I will book elsewhere."

"The actual room was quite large and had lots of storage. The mini-fridge was great to have and I very much appreciated a lighted, magnifying makeup mirror. Albeit noisy, I did enjoy an ac that cooled well. However, the towels were super thin and scratchy; the sheets were scratchy as well. While I liked the large mirror with a light surrounding it in the bathroom, half of it was burned out.The halls and lobby had a large fan going, I assume because the ac was either broken or unable to keep up with the area as it was quite warm. Overall, I probably would not choose to stay here again with other options so close by. Not horrible, but not what I anticipated."

"Lovely hotel, clean, excellent housekeeping. My only issue was where to find ice machine. The signage on the 7th floor showed 701-714 was ice and vending...however that was someone's room, no ice machine. The following day I asked the young lady at the desk where was the ice machines. She asked me what floor I was on I said I was in 721 she stated there were ice machines on the 7th floor on the side where the high room numbers were..no there were no ice machines...there was a room with no door that was empty but no ice machines. When I went back downstairs.. she informed me that there were ice machines on 7th floor maybe the door was closed...??? and I could go ask for some ice at the lounge. I decided to go to 7-11 and get some ice. I don't know if she was new, if not how do you not know where the ice machines are..."
