"A beautiful cottage. Equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a homely living room. Check in and out was easy - great communication beforehand. We were also given lots of great local information and sightseeing guides. "This hotel is in an excellent position to the town. The staff were efficient and friendly and the breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for a long time. Unfortunately the hotel is is need of an update. We had the first room (51) on the ground floor. This backed onto a courtyard outside the kitchen. It was noisy and there was a "hume" from some kind of machinery that kept kicking in. The heating was not on in the evening, despite it being only 2 degrees outside. For the sake of convenience, we would stay again."
