. The only negative was the room which had nowhere to store clothes apart from the wardrobe so we had to keep everything in our suitcases on the floor. Some drawers would have been helpful. The shower was very slippery and dangerous when wet - as a result my husband couldn’t use it. We very much hope to return.. "

"The property is nice. Rooms are big and comfortable, good air con. Nice pools. I do have to point out however that it was obvious that the staff were new and no very professional. Reception was not clear on our arrival. Waiters and waitresses were constantly bickering. We speak Spanish so could understand. This should not be happening at a hotel and certainly not in a 4*. "My daughter and I had a fantastic holiday here. Rooms were fairly small but had compfy beds and kept spotless. Hotel is really quirky and great attention to detail! Every one is friendly. So much to do with the theme park and water park included and upgrade of €15 each for the golf and laser challenge was a bargain. Dont usually go for

but tried here and was really pleased we did. Lots of choice for every meal and never a queue for drinks. Would recommend and would absolutely book...
